Job Title: Performance Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Manager to join our team at Intelliswift Software. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and engagement programs for our Document Cloud products.

About the Role:

In this critical role, you will focus on building innovative performance media programs and relevant customer experiences to drive acquisition of new customers. Your challenge is to develop a performance media strategy and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Campaign Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Studio, Business Unit, and Web teams, to shape customer marketing strategy across paid social and programmatic media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Campaign and Go-to-Market teams objectives, including direct response acquisition campaigns and engagement and retention for existing customers.
  • Receive and interpret briefs; tactically plan, launch, and optimize media channels within a media campaign.
  • Develop and execute detailed testing plans.
  • Own 1st party audience targeting segmentation and suppression strategy to ensure minimal overlap.
  • Manage and partner with internal Programmatic Trade Desk and external agencies to plan and optimize performance media campaigns across display, video, and paid social.
  • Craft meaningful insights for weekly and quarterly reports.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and campaign wrap-ups.
  • Regularly contribute to media standards and campaign processes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent the team with integrity and self-sufficiency.
  • Proven expertise in performance media, across Programmatic Display, and Paid Social.
  • In-platform buying experience in DSP Platforms and Paid Social platforms a definite plus, but not required.
  • Hands-on experience managing Mobile App channels like Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and mobile DSPs. Knowledge with MMPs a plus.
  • Understanding of the changing mobile app industry and its impact on tracking/reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify relevant trends, pursue the most important questions, and take action.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and work on multiple projects and schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and an outstanding eye for detail.
