Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Manager specializing in Search to drive the acquisition of our products. This role will collaborate with performance media specialists and an external agency to shape and execute search strategy, optimize performance, and exceed target metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze paid search and shopping programs on Google, Bing, and Adobe Media Optimizer (AMO) to enhance search returns and reduce SEM expenses.
- Oversee and project manage external agency work, including reporting, analysis, and QA.
- Execute daily search marketing tasks, such as performance reports, budget pacing, bid optimization, ad copy updates, keyword expansion and negatives, and financial planning.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support Performance Marketing in developing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Offer recommendations for testing messaging, destinations, keywords, tactics, and audiences.
- Stay current with SEM industry trends, technologies, and emerging opportunities.
- Assist with configuration, reporting, and automated bid algorithms for Search Engine/Adobe Media Optimizer.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related analytical field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Paid Search Marketing professional with a track record of managing enterprise-level SEM campaigns. Experience with global accounts is a plus.
- Proficient in building, editing, and optimizing campaigns, keywords, and ads within Google Ads and Bing Ads Editor.
- Proven experience in executing complex search media plans and strategies.
- Experience with web analytics and search bid optimization platforms (Adobe Media Optimizer and Analytics are preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, Display, Social Media, and A/B Testing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, both independently and part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with a love of data and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator capable of delivering perspectives with sound rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with Tableau.
- Up to $66.89/hr. (W2/Non-Exempt)
