Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Inclusion and Talent Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within our organization. This leadership position will collaborate closely with the executive team to drive strategic efforts that foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on matters related to diversity and inclusion.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance our diversity initiatives and talent management practices.
3. Monitor industry best practices and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen our DEI efforts.
4. Coach and mentor leaders across the organization to integrate DEI principles into their teams.
5. Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure equitable hiring practices are in place.
6. Analyze talent acquisition trends and present findings to the executive team.
7. Collaborate with HR partners to embed DEI strategies into all organizational programs.
8. Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote a diverse and inclusive community.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion roles.
- Proven track record of leading DEI initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- A natural leader with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.
