Responsibilities:

  • Market and stage homes to attract potential buyers quickly.
  • Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings.
  • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home's key selling points and asking price.
  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed.
  • Lead follow up and database campaigns.
  • Set listing appointments and execute appointments.
  • Closing listings and leveraging listings for sales.
  • Sales scripts mastery.

Qualifications:

  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A real estate license is required or in the process.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Sales experience.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly.
