Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential leads through follow-up calls to enhance sales performance.
  • Conduct personalized consultations for buyers and sellers to grasp their specific requirements and facilitate successful transactions.
  • Highlight the significance of ongoing consulting by delivering exceptional service and guidance to nurture client relationships, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to address inquiries regarding available properties and the neighborhood.
  • Create written purchase offers for buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process.
Qualifications:
  • Must be capable of working independently while also possessing excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong abilities in sales, negotiation, and communication
  • Displays a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is required
  • Should hold a real estate agent's or broker's license, or be in the process of obtaining one
