Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Salto Inspired Access. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and end-users to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored security solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in access control, door hardware, electric door switching, power panels, and fire egress.
  • Project Support: Assist project managers and field sales teams with solutions and knowledge of security products.
  • Problem Solving: Improve first-time use effectiveness, reduce downtime, and overcome any hurdles in the customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Act as an ambassador for Salto Inspired Access, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in the access control industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in door hardware, electric door switching, power panels, and fire egress.
  • Project Management: Experience in security project management, including designing, selling solutions, and installing door hardware products.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to navigate multi-level stakeholders.
  • Curiosity & Learning: Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, understand, and explain integrated solutions to stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Documented training in security-related products, technical training certifications, and/or networking.
  • Travel: Ability to manage extensive travel, including site evaluations in other cities.
  • Driving & Passport: A clean driving record and an active passport are required.
