Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to support our field service technicians and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls to available field service technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain ongoing communications with current clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper timeframe.
  • Follow up with customers on service calls when complete, providing prompt guidance and support.
  • Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customers.
  • Process defective parts repair claims when necessary.
  • Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts.
  • Invoice print management agreements and service agreements.
  • Verify and maintain customer contact and database information.
  • Responsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS system.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and field service technicians.
  • Must possess a great attitude, excellent organizational skills, and time/task management skills to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Must confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomes.
  • Two to three years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
