Position Summary
As a Regional Credit Risk Assessment Specialist at U.S. Bank, you will be instrumental in evaluating and managing credit exposure for commercial real estate financing activities. Work closely with diverse teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulations while providing critical insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Primary Duties

  • Serve as a reliable consultant for assigned Commercial Real Estate sectors
  • Assess borrower creditworthiness and collateral sufficiency throughout the loan process
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance transaction structuring and minimize risks
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of loan portfolios and identify potential vulnerabilities
  • Keep abreast of bank policies and procedures and suggest improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Over 15 years of pertinent experience in commercial real estate financing
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and risk evaluation
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
