Automotive Parts Specialist

Modern Hyundai is in search of a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to enhance our team of dedicated parts professionals. The key responsibilities include:
• Assisting all clients (both retail and service) in identifying necessary parts with a courteous, professional, and efficient approach.
• Advising customers on related part requirements and promotions, ensuring they are informed about the complete product range.
• Handling incoming calls, providing pricing information and other relevant details.
• Reviewing body shop estimates to confirm the accuracy of ordered parts and alignment of pricing with the estimate.
• Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
• Picking and fulfilling orders from inventory.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Parts Specialist.
• Familiarity with Parts Trader, OPStrax, OEconnection, CCCtrueparts is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for managing multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
