Key Responsibilities - Express Service Specialist:
  • Execute high-quality repair and maintenance tasks that align with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Handle recalls, routine maintenance, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Clearly document and communicate necessary repairs and the associated parts and time required.
  • Adhere to dealership and manufacturer service protocols.
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs.
  • Install components, systems, and equipment.
  • Conduct vehicle tests before and after repairs.
  • Record services performed accurately.
  • Additional duties may be assigned based on expertise and certifications.
  • Engage in mandatory training sessions.
Qualifications - Express Service Specialist:
  • Experience in automotive repair is essential; candidates from all brands are encouraged to apply.
  • ASE Certification is a plus.
  • Applicants should possess a versatile skill set and be adaptable in their tasks.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated good work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
