Modern Hyundai is in search of a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to enhance our team of dedicated parts professionals. The role encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to all customers (both retail and service) in selecting necessary parts in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.

• Educate customers about companion part requirements and promotions, ensuring they are aware of the complete product offerings.

• Handle incoming phone inquiries, delivering price quotes and relevant information.

• Assess body shop estimates to confirm the accuracy of ordered parts and ensure pricing aligns with the estimate.

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

• Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Parts Specialist.

• Familiarity with Parts Trader, OPStrax, OEconnection, CCCtrueparts is preferred.

• Excellent customer service abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks during busy periods.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
