Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Associate Manager. This role involves collaborating closely with the editorial team to identify promising titles from our vast catalog and creatively pitch them to both new and existing clients. Additionally, this position will provide support to the International Sales division to enhance revenue opportunities in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with current clients while establishing new connections to secure ongoing business growth.
  • Assist the UK-based International Sales team and represent the Latin American market.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments (editorial, design, operations, and production) to oversee custom sales initiatives from start to finish.
  • Deliver presentations to key clients on a seasonal basis.
  • Innovatively seek out new business prospects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an understanding of specialized markets.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

Candidates should be prepared to work in a hybrid model, requiring in-person attendance a few days a week.
