About the Role

Club Monaco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
    • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and damage processing
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Team Management and Development
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and managers
    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members meet their responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance
    • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including store displays and fixtures
    • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
  • Loss Prevention and Compliance
    • Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures to protect company assets
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
