Job Title: Help Desk Lead

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Lead to join our team. As a Help Desk Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal staff and external vendors, ensuring that all IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal staff and external vendors
  • Research, resolve, and respond to technical inquiries in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing problems
  • Create and submit detailed call logs/tickets documenting customer interactions
  • Inform customers of needed repairs and answer basic questions
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant policies to provide technically accurate solutions
  • Assist with activities to triage and escalate any system or network outage
  • Purchase, deploy, and track IT assets
  • Onboard new users
  • Assist in ERP operations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems
  • Minimum 1 year of maintaining laser printers
  • A+, Network +, or other IT industry standard certifications
  • Ability to move up to 49lbs and stand and walk for 8 hours at a time
