Help Desk Lead

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Lead to join our team. As a Help Desk Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal staff and external vendors, ensuring that all IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to internal staff and external vendors
- Research, resolve, and respond to technical inquiries in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing problems
- Create and submit detailed call logs/tickets documenting customer interactions
- Inform customers of needed repairs and answer basic questions
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant policies to provide technically accurate solutions
- Assist with activities to triage and escalate any system or network outage
- Purchase, deploy, and track IT assets
- Onboard new users
- Assist in ERP operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems
- Minimum 1 year of maintaining laser printers
- A+, Network +, or other IT industry standard certifications
- Ability to move up to 49lbs and stand and walk for 8 hours at a time
