Help Desk Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide first-level technical support to our employees. The Help Desk Specialist will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all support requests and their resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new computer systems and software.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge bases.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk Specialist or similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, common software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
