Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Desktop Support professional to provide exceptional support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting authorized users with client tools and applications, overseeing incident management, and handling service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist authorized users with client tools and applications through proactive and reactive support.
- Oversee incident management for authorized users regarding all Client Services Center (CSC) services.
- Handle service requests from authorized users pertaining to all CSC services.
- Supervise access requests from authorized users related to all CSC services.
- Achieve seamless integration by utilizing client tools, interfaces, technology, and processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of client tools and applications, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
