Job Description
This role involves providing support to the day-to-day HR operations, reviewing forms and documents, and inputting employee transactions into the system of record (UKG). The successful candidate will also assist with unemployment claims, maintain confidential personnel files, and perform various clerical duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a confidential manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus. A high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience in HR support positions are required. Basic experience with an HRIS database is preferred.
