The Human Resources Generalist will receive training in human resource management, policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, safety, training and development, employee relations, and communications. This role requires demonstration of competency in all on-the-job activities that may impact product safety, legality, or quality. Under the guidance of the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Generalist will assist with company-wide activities such as personnel administration, wage and salary administration, management training and development, safety, benefits administration, employee communications, staffing, legal compliance, and employee relations.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
