At MRINetwork Jobs, we are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Business Development Partner to join our team in Houston, TX. This role will support our Senior HR Business Partner in enhancing employee engagement, improving retention, and driving data-driven HR strategies.

Job Overview

This is a fully onsite position that requires strong exposure to employee relations, data analysis, and employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.

Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Conduct stay interviews to understand and enhance employee satisfaction. Lead exit interviews to gather insights on turnover and develop action plans to improve retention.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Support in preparing regular HR dashboards and reports.
  • Presentation Skills: Create clear, impactful presentations using PowerPoint to share HR insights, initiatives, and recommendations with company leaders and stakeholders.
  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with the Senior HRBP to address employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and support conflict resolution as needed.
  • HR Project Support: Assist the Senior HRBP with various HR initiatives, including performance management, policy implementation, and training programs.
