Job Summary

Azure Summit Technology is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including travel arrangements, document preparation, and conference coordination.
  • Assist with operations, including supply ordering, staff vacation calendar management, and meeting minute recording.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for special events, coordinating logistics, catering, and setup.
  • Initiate and monitor orders for office supplies, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Escort contractors and visitors as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with HR on administrative tasks, including shredding service management.
  • Draft and edit documents, including formatting, technical editing, and content creation.
  • Field incoming calls and correspondence, responding accordingly.
  • Prepare, duplicate, bind, and distribute materials for meetings and activities.
Requirements
  • US citizenship due to contract requirement and nature of the work.
  • SECRET security clearance, due to contract requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years' experience working in an administrative setting for a defense contractor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 10 years' experience working in an administrative setting for a defense contractor.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet experience.
