Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of the campus principal team, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the campus. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the principal's diaries and appointments, screening telephone calls, and handling requests and enquiries as appropriate. You will also be responsible for using College computer applications to support the campus principal team, including Microsoft Office applications, CASES21, Sharepoint, and Compass. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of internal staff PDs, campus meetings, and whole staff meetings. You will take minutes of meetings as required and assist with the organization of campus events. You will also devise and maintain systems, including filing and data management, to ensure appropriate electronic and paper record keeping and archiving. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for student enrolments and assist in the organization of Parent Opinion Surveys, School Photos for staff and students, student immunization days, and campus events. You will also organize catering for campus events and meetings, obtain quotes and enter online purchase orders on behalf of the principal team, promote College events to staff, parents, and students, order locks for students, conduct school tours as required, and print certificates for assemblies. You will inform canteen staff of student free dates each term and perform other duties as required.

Campus Specific Responsibilities - Senior Campus

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator at the Senior Campus, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of the Year 12 Success Information Evening, Later Years Expo, Presentation Evening, and Year 12 Formal. You will manage bookings for the Doctors in Schools program, maintain and coordinate the purchasing of student planners, manage and promote College events through the school social media accounts, assist with Compass Card orders, assist with SRC Events, and prepare the After School Detentions Roster and the Briefing Roster.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal communication and client services skills, excellent communication skills and computer proficiency, including word processing, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. You will have the ability to organize and prioritize work, extract and manipulate data, and prepare routine reports. You will also have discretion, tact, good judgment, adaptability, and versatility.
