Job Summary

Azure Summit Technology is seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing complex subcontracting activities, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage subcontract acquisition process from proposal stage to program award, execution, and closeout.
  • Support the acquisition process by interfacing with Program Management and Engineering, developing Supplier Statements of Work, conducting market research, and preparing solicitations.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and government regulations.
  • Manage and report supplier/subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with Suppliers to achieve program, customer, and corporate goals.

Requirements:

  • US citizenship due to contract requirement and nature of the work.
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance due to contract requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in government contracting procurement/subcontracts environment managing supplier performance.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience with FAR/DFAR regulations and internal procedures for compliance.

Preferred Requirements:

  • TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 10 years' experience working in a procurement/subcontract setting for a defense contractor.
  • Master's degree.
  • Expertise in managing complex subcontracts, including hardware, software, and services.
