Front Desk Specialist

Job Summary
Family & Children's Services is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to provide exceptional client support services in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support services, including telephone operations and client engagement
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain a professional manner at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; office administration, typing, and computer software coursework preferred
- One year experience in medical office or healthcare with direct patient care/interaction in past 3 years required
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM and manage multi-line telephone system
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with employees and clients under stressful situations
