Job Summary:
Family & Children's Services is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to provide exceptional support services in telephone operations, general front desk operations, and client/public engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk support services in telephone operations and general front desk operations
- Engage with clients and public in a professional manner
- Manage multi-line telephone system and other communication technologies
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in medical office or healthcare with direct patient care/interaction in past 3 years
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
- Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Office administration experience
- Typing and computer software skills
