Position Overview:
As a Precision Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, fitting, and soldering of intricate electromechanical devices. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and durability of our product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble, install, and fine-tune mechanical components according to detailed specifications and conduct tests to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Inspect, evaluate, and adjust completed assemblies to confirm compliance with specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.
  3. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to establish assembly methods and sequences.
  4. Utilize various hand tools and equipment, including soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
  5. Install electrical and electronic components within assemblies using soldering tools and hand instruments.
  6. Collaborate with design engineers to diagnose and resolve issues based on testing data.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team.
  8. Review and suggest modifications to engineering designs to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
  9. Maintain accurate assembly records and documentation as required.
  10. Adhere to safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly within the manufacturing sector.
  2. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  3. Strong knowledge of valves, fittings, and soldering techniques.
  4. Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  5. Ability to effectively use a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
  7. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training are advantageous.
  10. Commitment to maintaining safety standards and procedures.
