Job Overview

We are in search of a Mechanical Assembly Technician with extensive knowledge of mechanical properties. This role is highly hands-on, requiring the candidate to physically engage with the components and equipment essential for assembling Super-pressure products. Previous assembly experience is crucial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Consistently lift weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity for swift assembly of parts, with visual capabilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and adhere to blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to accurately assemble products and equipment.
  • Utilize hand tools, including screwdrivers and drill guns.
  • Manage inventory of products and retrieve necessary items for assembly tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Identify defects in products and complete necessary documentation for non-conformance.
  • Rework or repair assembled products according to engineering specifications.

Work Environment:

Additionally, this division manufactures products such as Shaking Assemblies, Smoke Density Chambers, Oil In Gas Leak Detector Systems, and Supercritical Fluid Extraction Systems. The second division, Hygrodynamics, specializes in Dew Point Monitors and a diverse range of humidity sensing equipment and accessories.
