Job Overview

We are in search of a Mechanical Assembly Specialist with extensive expertise in mechanical systems. This role is highly practical, requiring the candidate to engage physically with components and machinery essential for assembling products. Previous experience in assembly is essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Consistently lift weights between 30-50 pounds
  • Regularly execute repetitive tasks
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity for swift assembly of parts, with vision capabilities that include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and adhere to basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions to accurately assemble equipment and products
  • Utilize hand tools, including screwdrivers and drill guns
  • Manage product inventory and retrieve necessary items for assembly tasks
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards
  • Identify defects in products and complete necessary documentation for non-conformance
  • Rework or repair assembled products in accordance with engineering specifications
