**Job Description**

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler who has a deep knowledge and understanding of mechanical properties. This is a very hands-on position and the candidate needs to be able to work in a physical capacity handling the parts and equipment necessary to put together the Super-pressure products. Past assembly experience is a must. The physical demands and abilities needed are as follows:

Regularly lift 30-50 pounds

Regularly perform repetitive tasks

Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities will vary, but may include the following:

Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products

Utilize hand-held tools such as a hand-held screw and drill gun

Maintain inventory of products and pull needed inventory to accomplish an assembly assignment

Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards

Identify product defects and complete non-conforming documents when defects are identified

Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications

**Work Environment**

Our Client is a privately held company with two distinct lines of business. The first division called Superpressure is known throughout the industry as a quality diaphragm compressor and high-pressure fittings manufacturer. However, this division also manufactures items such as Shaking Assemblies, Smoke Density Chambers, Oil In Gas Leak Detector Systems, and Supercritical Fluid Extraction Systems, to name a few. The second division called Hygrodynamics makes Dew Point Monitors and a wide variety of humidity sensing equipment and accessories.
