Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator at Builders FirstSource, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to our team members, ensuring the smooth flow of tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate workflow and communications between departments to support administrative and operational processes.
- Provide data entry and retrieval support, as well as respond to non-routine information requests.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and perform various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR-related duties as requested.
- Support sales orders, invoicing, customer accounts, and provide similar sales transaction support as needed.
- Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to yourself or coworkers.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of administrative or related experience. You should also possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to organize, prioritize, and efficiently manage projects.
