Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience to support the VP of Production Tax. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Production Tax team. The successful candidate will be adept at managing intricate schedules, organizing travel logistics, drafting important communications, and collaborating with various administrative teams across the organization. A proactive communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make swift decisions is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Production Tax and the broader Production Tax team.
  • Efficiently manage expense reporting and maintain the VP's calendar, including that of their direct reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, engaging with film commissions, policymakers, and external service providers to arrange meetings and travel plans.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and documents utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist with team projects and events, including facilitation as required.
  • Organize and execute team offsites and events, both large and small.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing executive calendars.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and respond flexibly across different time zones.
  • Capable of maintaining composure under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Independent worker with sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across various functions.
  • Experience in production tax and incentive matters or general film/TV studio knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation model is straightforward, consisting solely of an annual salary, allowing you to choose the balance between salary and stock options each year. The compensation range for this role is between $60,000 and $240,000. Netflix offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, stock options, disability programs, and flexible spending accounts. Full-time employees enjoy generous paid time off policies, with 35 days of annual leave for hourly employees and immediate flexible time off for salaried employees.
