Bilingual Client Support Specialists

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Client Support Specialist at Tax Relief Helpers, your main duty is to manage incoming inquiries from clients or other stakeholders, efficiently resolve client issues, route calls to the appropriate departments, and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in handling calls, resolving client concerns, and ensuring that clients' requirements are addressed swiftly and effectively. PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Respond to incoming inquiries from clients or other stakeholders and address their questions or issues.
- Effectively manage client complaints and escalate matters when necessary.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns to the best of your ability.
- Resolve issues to prevent client dissatisfaction that could lead to refunds.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in client interactions.
