Position Summary
We are in search of a highly skilled Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience to support the VP of Production Tax. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within our Production Tax team. The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in managing intricate schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and drafting important communications. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the VP of Production Tax and support the broader Production Tax team.
  • Efficiently manage expense reports and oversee the VP's calendar along with their direct reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, engaging with various stakeholders to schedule events and arrange travel logistics.
  • Develop presentations and documents utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist in managing team projects and events, facilitating as necessary.
  • Organize and execute team offsites and stakeholder events, both large and small.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing executive calendars.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs, as well as MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to varying time zones.
  • Composed under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-sufficient with sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams in a multicultural setting.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
  • Familiarity with production tax and incentive matters is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation model is straightforward, offering an annual salary without bonuses. Employees have the flexibility to choose their compensation mix between salary and stock options. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $240,000. Netflix provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, stock options, and various leave programs. Full-time employees accrue generous paid time off for vacations, holidays, and sick leave.
