Vaco is collaborating with a client in the Nonprofit/Entertainment sector seeking an Executive Support Specialist to assist the CEO and provide support to the Board of Directors. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic office environment and possess a strong background in executive assistance.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 on a direct hire basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling tasks efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors, including organizing meetings and documenting minutes.
  • Act as a liaison to external assistants, fostering effective communication.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance and Board support is essential.
  • Proven experience working closely with a Board of Directors is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite is necessary.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
