As a Customer Service Representative, you will work under the guidance of the Center Owner or Manager, assisting customers with a variety of store services and products. Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system, copiers, printers, rental computers, and other equipment, along with additional tasks as assigned. You may also assist in training new Customer Service Representatives.

Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales within a retail setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions via email, phone, and in-person
  • Commitment to performing all duties safely and efficiently
Expectations:
  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
  • Provide support for customer inquiries in-person, via email, and by phone
  • Process sales transactions through the point-of-sale system
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Manage opening and closing procedures for the center and cash register
  • Support inventory management and organization
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with delivery personnel and other vendors
  • Ensure the front and back office areas are tidy and orderly
Physical and Safety Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills for customer interactions
  • May require operation of a motor vehicle
  • Adherence to safety protocols in all tasks
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
