Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at GPM Investments. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of amazing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Upsell and suggest products to customers, promoting our brand and increasing sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Age 18 or older (21 in some states)
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
