Job Summary

VSP Vision is seeking a highly skilled Patient Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, answering their calls, and assisting with scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient calls and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Patient Contact Center Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other software applications
  • Spanish/English bilingual a plus
