Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Hunterdon Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Checkout: Ensure accurate and efficient registration and checkout processes for patients.
  • Electronic Health Record: Maintain and update patient records in our electronic health record system.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meeting Attendance: Participate in regular meetings with the office team to discuss patient care and office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of medical office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, multi-tasking skills, and telephone etiquette required.
