About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Services Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless access to our services. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing front desk operations, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, bed control, cashiering, insurance, and document imaging.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease
• Provide exceptional patient care and service
• Maintain accurate records and data
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth operations
