Job Title: Patient Service Representative

The CSI Companies is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and register patients by phone, fax, or email
  • Process incoming messages and accurately categorize and document the priority of clinical and non-clinical patient messages
  • Schedule patient appointments according to department protocols and scheduling job aides
  • Register new patients by obtaining all required demographic and insurance/payer information
  • Confirm and update demographic information and insurance of all established patients
  • Inform patients of cancelled clinics, offer new appointment times, and document each contact attempt in the electronic record
  • Serve as a patient access resource to providers, academic staff, and clinical support staff
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience required
  • Ability to process more than one activity at a time
