Position Overview

As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution and ensuring that all phases are completed efficiently and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive materials take-offs and preparing accurate cost estimates.
  • Analyzing project proposals, drawings, and plans to assess timelines, funding constraints, and resource allocation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Collaborating with project teams to outline work plans and assign responsibilities effectively.
  • Coordinating project activities to ensure adherence to schedules and budgetary guidelines.
  • Preparing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to support the overall project timeline.
  • Reviewing status reports from project personnel and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Creating detailed project reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Providing technical guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction sector.
  • A solid foundation in commercial construction practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
