Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction Foreman to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a Reconstruction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of technicians, subcontractors, and other production personnel to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Reconstruction Manager, Client Care Coordinators, and Restoration Project Managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company safety procedures and professional standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site visits, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to complete projects successfully.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction software, including RMS, MICA, and Xactimate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions

The Reconstruction Foreman will work primarily on construction sites, with occasional work in an office environment. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites and occasional overtime.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $32.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
