Position Overview:
VOLT Management is actively seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving engineering excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will:

  • Conduct intricate engineering evaluations and designs to support various operations and programs, utilizing advanced engineering methodologies and regulatory standards.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert advice on specialized engineering challenges.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, offering technical leadership and mentorship on extensive projects.
  • Lead small teams to address intricate issues, applying advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Initiate and develop new policies and procedures to align with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide interpretations for practical application.
  • Proactively identify potential design and operational issues, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, along with eight years of relevant engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a PE license and equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies to tackle complex challenges.
  • Current awareness of industry trends and applications.
  • Strong leadership and technical training capabilities.
  • Experience representing engineering interests in industry forums.
  • Ability to oversee engineering modifications and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $80 to $85 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
