Job Overview

The Business Management Trainee will focus on driving best practices in sales, marketing, operations, and other key team business duties. This individual will be trained from entry level to understand all aspects of running a smooth operation and campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests and concerns in a resourceful manner
  • Process accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
  • Utilize basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers

  • Cultivate strong relationships across departments and with team members
  • Collect and organize team manifests
