If you possess experience in residential construction or the installation of various systems such as telecommunications, security, garage doors, HVAC, or plumbing, we will equip you with the skills needed to install wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and other essential accessibility products, enabling seniors and individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence at home.

Key Responsibilities:


• Install and maintain accessibility solutions, including wheelchair ramps and stair lifts.


• Communicate project details to clients and address any inquiries.


• Input work orders and inventory information into the company system.


• Participate in manufacturer training and receive on-the-job training (paid).


• Collect and load equipment from the designated location each morning.


• Travel to job sites throughout the Greater Boston and Southern NH regions.


• No overnight travel required; occasional Saturday work may be necessary.


• Work autonomously or collaborate as part of a two-person team.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of two years' experience in the installation of mechanical or electrical systems, residential renovations, or construction.


• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.


• Basic computer literacy.


• Strong focus on customer service and effective communication skills.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to pass a drug screening, motor vehicle record check, and background investigation.


• Capability to operate a company vehicle to various job sites and work flexible hours as required.

Physical Requirements:


• Ability to lift over 75 lbs.


• Capacity to lift items overhead and maintain that position for brief periods.


• Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor settings throughout the year.


• Ability to climb ladders, crouch, and occasionally work in confined spaces and at heights.
