About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children in various settings, including their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
  • Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Commit to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, for a minimum of 6 months.
