Core Responsibilities
- Deliver center-based and in-home ABA services.
- Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to apply fundamental ABA principles and teaching strategies.
- Arrive punctually and prepared for therapy sessions.
- Respond effectively to the needs of clients and their families.
- Maintain a goal-oriented approach and uphold professionalism in all work aspects.
- Implement and adhere to Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
- Teach and model skills as outlined in each client's BSP, while monitoring progress.
- Collect and document behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
- Complete necessary documentation, including datasheets and program sheets.
- Prepare materials for individual and group activities.
- Track and report billable hours using practice management software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
- At least 6 months of childcare experience (ABA experience preferred).
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
