Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Case Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Pre-Litigation team, you will be responsible for managing car accident cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for car accident clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Set up medical appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Handle property damage claims from initial assessment to resolution, working closely with clients and insurance companies to resolve disputes.
  • Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Litigation team to ensure seamless case management and optimal outcomes for clients.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager, with a strong preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology, with the ability to understand complex medical concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Casepeer software is highly desirable.
