Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive case management services to a caseload of clients facing significant barriers to employment.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge to address unique challenges faced by clients on long-term assistance, those with a history of sanctions or program noncompliance, or individuals with criminal backgrounds.
  • Assess and evaluate employment barriers to determine suitable program placements for clients.
  • Conduct job readiness evaluations and assessments to determine client preparedness for employment.
Assess clients' needs for employment services and assist in developing personalized Employment Plans.

  • Guide applicants and clients to appropriate program components, ensuring their engagement in beneficial services.
  • Oversee and coordinate all project services provided to each client, ensuring comprehensive support.
  • Connect clients with community resources such as long-term and emergency childcare services, providing follow-up to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Offer employment counseling and job leads, facilitating job placement and retention for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to maintain stability in employment, coordinating retention activities as necessary.
  • Initiate noncompliance procedures and manage the process for clients who do not meet program requirements.
  • Regularly participate in workgroups and committees focused on assessing client needs, enhancing services, and implementing innovative strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, along with 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Bilingual capabilities in one of the following languages:

  • Spanish
  • Armenian
  • Russian

Compensation Transparency

Maximus Services, LLC compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market conditions, and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
