This position involves close collaboration with the Trade Marketing team to formulate strategies and manage stock levels, while also overseeing reporting functions. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee order approvals, purchase order tracking, and shipment processes
  • Develop retail sales plans and net shipment forecasts
  • Provide forecasting updates to senior management
  • Analyze inventory and sales strategies to boost sell-in
  • Engage in negotiations with accounts regarding inventory and sales plans
  • Deliver sales analysis during market presentations
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Teams to achieve objectives
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and manage special projects
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
