The Role

We're seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Team in Palo Alto, CA. This is a critical role that will help drive our mission and business goals forward by providing strategic HR support to our technical organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive people plans for client groups, leveraging expertise in organizational design, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Coach managers to build strong teams, manage performance, grow top talent, and foster inclusive and equitable work environments.
  • Drive adoption of Wing's people programs across the organization, focusing on performance management and employee engagement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to our Code of Conduct and cultural expectations.
  • Take a data-driven approach to identify root causes of issues and develop sustainable solutions.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of HRBP experience, including supporting senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to coach managers on sensitive topics and drive business forward.
  • HRBP experience supporting engineering teams to scale their business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and develop strategic solutions.
  • Crisp communication skills and experience leading organization-wide change management efforts.
  • Ability to collect and use data to share insights and tell an informed story.
What We Offer
